Hi my dear friend,

I haven't written often because of my Open Heart Surgery. It is truly a miracle that I am alive.

(At least that's what 7 heart surgeons from the world-renowned Ottawa Heart Institute tell me!)

So what have I been focusing on...

Genetics, high blood pressure and most important on nutrition.

Now I eat mostly a vegetarian and Mediterranean diet.

During my rest time ;-), I researched and wrote about nutrition on social media.

When you return to real life after coma, delirium, hallucination, pleurisy, pneumonia, bladder and kidney damage, you need all the energy available.

After 2 years and 4 months, my strength is coming back.

Slowly but surely.

So for the last 2 weeks, I have written a 10-Module course on Nutrition and real life Success Stories on weight loss.

It's a great course on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy foods, and losing weight.
